Finally, it's Natsu Matsuri again..

Got the advance ticket this year.. Took train all the way from Woodlands to Expo.. Easily arrived at the Changi Japanese Primary School.

1st thing 1st, it's to hunt for food.. Darling is famished as she didn't eat her lunch properly.. The crowd was crazy.. So I just anyhow hamtum a queue and start lining up..

Spend 20 mins in the queue lo.. Poor Darrielle was sweaty, famished and tired.. Half way through the queue she start throwing tantrum.. Haiz.. The 20mins feels like the longest time in my life..

Standing in the queue.. She is still fine here.. 10mins later, she gets very angry and grumpy.. :(


Finally! Food in hand, we faster get a corner to sit down on the floor and start feeding her.. She is very happy to be able to eat.. Tried adjusting her yukata and re-tie her hair while I feed her too.. She had refused to letting me tidy her up when she was hungry.. =p I finish up what she couldn't.. Darrielle loves the noodle and the bonito flakes.. hehe..

When we are almost done eating, received a call from Daw.. She and Niya is at the event too, and they was about to go home.. So they came by and say Hi~

Daw is as gorgeous as usual.. This is the 1st time we meet Niya.. This little girl have big adorable eyes and sweet smile like Daw's.. And, she is excellent in posing infront of the camera!! You just point the camera at her, she will flash her sweetest smile for you..

After dinner, it's dessert time! Got a cup of Meiji Ice cream for $2, and a bottle of cold ocha for $2.50..



Yes, we were elated to be able to have that ice-cream coz we are both dying of heat, especially Darrielle. The green tea comes in just nice as the chocolate ice cream was abit too much for both of us, abit 'jerlat'.. The green tea helps wash away the feeling..


We head to the Bon-odori stage..

Night has came, the weather is nice and cooling now..


Went to get the game ticket for the Yoyo Game. It's quite easy, I hooked 2, before handing over the hook for her to try..



Met Songde and his GF for a while, they got a nice place on the mat beside the Bon Odori stage!

The event ended nicely and quickly, took their chartered buses to expo..

In the line queuing for the bus, Darrielle was so facinated with the fish tanks at the school compound.. I was afraid that she would dip and hand in to try to touch the fish! hahah!!

Can't wait for Natsu Matsuri 2011, hopefully next time round Ah Hia can join us too..
