Made Bakkwa for my CNY 2009 bake again.. haha.. But this time round, I got to use my oven~! :D

1KG minced pork (i mix 800gm fatty minced pork with 200gm normal minced pork)
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 1/2 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tbsp dark soya sauce
200 gm sugar
1/2 tsp 5 spiced powder
1 tbsp kam cho(甘草) powder
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp msg
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp rose wine
1 tbsp hua diao wine
a big drop of red food coloring(u can use red wine dreg also)

Mix everything until meat slightly gooey thn marinate for at least 4 hrs..

take one bowl of meat n spread on greaseproof paper or baking sheet.. u can put a piece of cling wrap on top of the meat thn use rolling pin or water bottle to roll it out.. make it evenly like 2-3mm thick..

grease the baking tray with oil, preheat the oven to 100celcius.. put the sheet of meat on the baking tray thn pop it into the oven.. bake 100 celcius for 25 mins then turn it to 180 celcius for 15-20 mins..

when its firm to touch, take out, take away the paper n cut it into pieces.. then grill it again for 15 mins or until how char u like..

Homemade bakkwa!

This is quite yummy lo.. n u can alter the marination to the taste u like..
