Woke up at 5.15am this morning and bath then pump milk then head to RP.. I wen to learn how to manage a food stall from my mum's ex towkay neo coz next year she might be helping me get a stall of myself if i can manage..
So, learned how to cook big dishes of bee hoon, kuey teow, fried rice, mee, cabbage, and other dishes.. Those big wok are SOOO heavy and it's totally different from home cooking lo..
And cut more than 20 cabbages and one big carton of potatoes.. Almost cut my finger.. cut the surface skin.. Painful n irritating lo..
The washed oily dishes and cutleries.. ok la.. manageable.. :D
Will con't learning for 2 weeks until I get my new job as stall assistant.. LOL
