Ya, doing a post up on Natsu Matsuri.. It's going to be mostly photos la.. haha... If i remember correctly, Natsu Matsuri is mostly held in the Aug/Sep in Singapore, at the Japanese Primary School in Changi.. And yes, every year, its VERY popular.. nice that they open it to public.. But some years ago, some cosplayers decide to turn up for the event, and the organiser decided to close it from public the next time round.. Damn those cosplayers who didnt get things clear.. Anyway, here we go!

The Queue.. You can see the crazy queue.. The event starts in the evening, but people are queuing since afternoon..

The evening just started.. There are stalls for drinks and games..

Our food!

Me and Jesslin aka AhBu.. She was my NAFA coursemate, and the one who introduced me to this interesting event!

There is this stage, people juz gather and do some kind of japanese dance.. Seems fun nah! if im not wrong, i think the organiser actually have lessons for people going to practice this dance together!

Photo taking agian! hahaa..

Time to play some games! It's my turn to try to hook up the ball.. I dunno the name for this, but if you watch crayon shinchan or some cute japanese anime, you should have seen these games be4..

AhBu and me with our balls

Then its time to catch goldfishes.. Those fishes are so cute la! u are supposed to catch it with a rice paper net.. It's tough man! when the fish jump jump jump, ur rice paper breaks and the fish gets to run away! haha.. But the kind japanese man offer to let me bring one home.. But i refused la.. Keep it for those kids.. I so old liao shouldn't fight for fishes with kids huh..

A cute little Japanese girl.. I'm going to get one kid's yukata for Darling if i ever bring her to Natsu Matsuri.. :D

After the event, everyone takes train home..

Ya.. The ball shrunk alot!

Me with the other girl, posing with my broken rice paper net..

Posing with the fan.. LOL

Yes, that was me in 2005, being 17+ going 18, being so young n slim.. Back then, i wouldn't even believe that i would have a baby 3 years down the road.. hahaa..
