For pammie: 200gm Plain flour a pinch of salt 1 tbsp sugar 150gm butter 1 egg
This is for the pastry.. I add in all the dry ingredients, thn mix in the butter, knead it then add the egg last to form into a dough
150gm butter 150gm sugar 3 eggs 300gm durian flesh 150 freshly grated coconut a pinch of salt 3 tbsp coconut milk
This is for the filling.. Wait for the butter to be soft, then add all the ingredients together.. Mix.
Shape the dough into tart mould.
Preheat oven then put the tart mould in to bake at 200 degree Celsius for around 10mins. Remove from the mould and then add in the filling and further bake until golden brown at 180 degree Celsius. (around 25mins can liao)
