Darling Darrielle is having a growth spurt.. and is constantly milking me dry and its getting painful sometimes.. I've got myself a bottle of fenugreek pills today, and there is still green papaya and fish bones sitting in my fridge for the papaya fish soup.. hope this will helps to increase the milk supply to match up with her milk demand..
