Dinner today:

Pineapple fried rice + sambal 豆苗 and tomyam grilled 'kam mong'

Bubor Pulot Hitam

1 cup black glutinous rice
6 bowl water
1 big handful of dried longan meat
4 tbsp brown sugar
1 bunch of pandan leave
some fresh coconut milk

Wash the pandan leave, dried longan meat. Rinse the rice and cook everything with 3 bowls of water on low heat to simmer.. Subsequently add the remaining bowls of water slowly bit by bit when the 'porridge' seems to be drying.. Cook until the glutinous rice 'opens' (around 2 hour time).. Finally, add in the brown sugar last.. (More sugar can be added if you find the dessert not sweet enough) Serve hot in bowl, and drizzle a tbsp of coconut milk on.. DONE~! =D

BB is 36 weeks and 6 days old today~!
