I baked Banana Cake on Sunday~! =D

In the oven baking..... *tick tick tick tick*

Tadah~!!

Done~ and half eaten.. *giggle*

Recipe kindly provided by Jam from M4M forum:

Banana Cake ( without butter)

3 eggs
3/4 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of condensed milk
1 cup cooking oil
2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of bicarbonate soda
5 ripe bananas- mashed

1) Sift flour, baking powder and bicarbonate powder together, set aside.
2) In a mixer, beat the eggs and sugar till fluffy and sugar melted.
3) Add in the milk, mix well, followed by the oil, mashed bananas and lastly the flour. (Make sure the ingredient are mixed properly before adding the next .)
4) Bake in preheated oven at 175C for around 50 minutes till baked.

* But i still add in butter la.. coz i like butter smell.. i melt 250gm butter, it turn out slightly more than 1 cup.. So i use the remaining melted butter to grease the pan.. and used 200gm sugar and 300gm flour after conversion..

Enjoy!
