Pasta:

1 handful pasta of your choice (cook it as according to directions given with the packing)
100gm fresh mushroom (rinse and slice them)
1/2 can concentrated Campbell soup (i chose 'Cream of Mushroom')
10-20ml milk (fresh milk or soybean milk works the same)
1 tbsp butter

Heat the pan and melt the butter. Add in the sliced mushroom, stir fry roughly for 1 or 2 mins. Then add in milk. Let the mushroom cook slightly in the milk for 1 min, then add in the concentrated Campbell soup. Stir to mix the concentrated soup with the mushroom n milk evenly. If too thick, more milk or water can be added if desired. Lastly, add in the cooked pasta and stir to mix it well. Viola~

Chicken:

1 piece boneless chicken thighs
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 or 1 tsp grounded black pepper

In a bowl, mix the garlic (chop it until very fine), salt, sugar, black pepper with the butter. Mix it throughly then spread it over the chicken. Leave it in fridge to season overnight. Pop it in the toaster oven to cook for around 20 - 25 mins, flipping it over halfway through. Toast until chicken is brown, but be careful not to let it get too burnt.
