5-6 chestnuts (peeled)
a handful of red dates (soak in water for awhile before cooking)
ard 1 cup glutinous rice
8-9 cloves og garlic (peeled)
small piece od ginger (peeled and slightly crushed)
salt
pepper
sesame seeds (toasted)
sesame oil
chopped spring onion

you chop off the head n legs, trim off the fats.. clean the insides, make sure its all cleaned inside..

you soak the glutinous rice ard 1 hr before hand

thn you stuff the glutinous rice into the cleaned chicken

thn you seal the butt with toothpick or ssatay stick

put this all into the pot with the chicken

thn put water enough to cover the chicken.. thn set to boil, thn lower the fire to simmer for ard 2-3 hrs until the chicken bones fall apart..
